Use-your-Hand Campaign
- Objective: To inculcate the importance of maintaining school cleanliness and taking care of school property
- Rationale and intent:

  ♦ Appreciate the efforts of school’s Operations Support Officers
  
  ♦ We want and can learn in a clean and conducive school
  
  ♦ Everyone is responsible for the cleanliness of our school
Tri-generational Learning @Innova (3G @ IPS)
A programme where Innova Primary School conducts monthly visit to seniors residing at different Homes to foster friendships and to interact with the seniors

  ♦ Forging tri-generational bonding between the students, teachers and the seniors
  
  ♦ Promoting active living by enhancing mental and social well-being among seniors
  
  ♦ Improving public perception and attitude towards ageing
Active Recess Programme
- Objective: To provide students with opportunities for both positive play and experiences in learning to work and to play with their peers
- Rationale and intent:
  
  ♦ Resolve conflicts
  
  ♦ Provide leadership opportunities
  
  ♦ Take responsibility for loaned sports/game equipment

- Objective:
  ♦ To develop a sense of responsibility among student
- Rationale and intent:
  ♦ Inculcate independence and competency in carrying out one' own responsibilities/duties
Primary 3-5: Lead class to serve the community
Care for the Environment:
School and Community Needs
- Objective:
  ♦ To help support some of school and community needs
- Rationale and intent:
  ♦  Initiate environmental projects such as 'Anti-Littering' in school and the community
  ♦  Learn important environmental messages and share with their family members
  ♦  Be adaptable, innovative and able to communicate well with others
(Pri 3 & 4) Care for the Environment: School Needs
- Adopt the Canteen
  ♦ Each class will be responsible for the cleanliness of the canteen for a week

Care for the Seniors:
Intergenerational Bonding and Learning
- Objective:
  ♦ To encourage intergenerational bonding by involving students and seniors in a group learning environment
- Rationale and intent:
  ♦  Develop values and character as students learn from and share knowledge with the seniors
  ♦  Enable students to learn and apply both leadership and communication skills
  ♦  Develop a sense of empathy for others and respect towards the older generation
♦ Students to teach the seniors in an identified area of interest/skill, learn leadership and communication skills and pick up values like respect for seniors
♦ Programme forges intergenerational solidarity and promotes social cohesion
Primary 4-6: Lead the school through Action

Donation Drive
- Objective:
  ♦ To instill the value of compassion and empathy towards others who need additional support

  ♦  Reach out to the less fortunate through a food and stationery distribution programme
